Die gewählten Members of Parliament treten hier zusammen, um innen- und außenpolitische Themen zu debattieren und über Gesetzesvorschläge abzustimmen.Eines der zwei Häuser der britischen Houses of Parliament, das Oberhaus des britischen Parlaments.
